RESUMO
The influence of general supercooling on rats were studied. The action of corvitin and pentoxiphillin on the prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis for conditions of general supercooling were analysed. On the based of investigations results analysis of lipids peroxide oxidation indexes and antioxidant protection system in animals it were established, that corvitin in difference of pentoxiphillin give more significant protectory effect in conditions of ishemic-reperfusion syndrome.

The results of comparative analysis of hemodynamic changes in patients of both groups with hypertonic and ischemic diseases of the heart were expounded. In these patients there were applied different methods of anesthesia during performance of reconstructive operation on aorta and vessels of lower extremities: in 66 of them (1 group) operation was performed in condition of endotracheal narcosis with neuroleptanalgesia, in 56 (2 group)--the prolonged epidural anesthesia. Stability of hemodynamics in perioperative period and lesser frequency of surgical and cardiological complications had allowed to recommend epidural anesthesia during performance of such operations.

The infectionized necrotic pancreatitis (NP) course, complicated by localized and diffusive peritonitis, abscess and retroperitoneal phlegmon in 86 patients, was analyzed. Severity of state of patients according to the APACHE II scale was estimated. Recommendations for application of empirical and purposeful antibacterial therapy was elaborated. Total mortality for infectionized NP with complicated course was 25.5%.

In 70 patients the course of infected forms of necrotic pancreatitis was analyzed. Severity degree of the patients conditions was estimated according to APACHE II scale. Practical recommendations about management of such patients were elaborated.

In 22 patients with purulent-septic complications the extracorporal attaching of the xenolien cryopreserved sections was applied together with conventional therapy. Distinct reduction of the endogenic intoxication severity an the immune state of patients normalization were noted.

The authors discuss the experience of using the spheric carbon hemosorbent for extracorporal hemoperfusion of blood in 12 patients with hepatic insufficiency developed against the background of obturation of the common bile duct by a stone or tumor. Positive clinical effects of hemosorption are shown. The method is recommended for the treatment of patients with hepatic insufficiency.
